Yesterday, Alaina put her hands on my face and proceeded to "teach" me how to properly pronounce her name. She said it one syllable at a time and waited for me to repeat each one. It's (I'll try my best to write it how it sounds) "wuh", "sheh", "whay". She did it for each of us. I guess she was fed up with our lame attempts. All of us got a stamp of approval, except Daddy, who just got a sigh and a laugh!
Both little girls are wearing their "new" jeans! Alaina also has on her new "tennies"! She tied them herself!
